Gordon Aspin Gordon Aspin was latterly Chief Operating Officer of TTP Communications, having built a career in technology development and IP licensing in communications over more than 20 years. After early work in optical switching and satellite communications, he was one of the founder members of TTP Communications in the late 1980s. He subsequently managed the operational side of the business through its successful flotation on the London Stock Exchange in October 2000, its growth to over 600 people with revenues in excess of US$100m, and its subsequent sale to Motorola Inc in 2006. He also served as Chairman of Synergenix (a Swedish mobile games developer) in 2004/5, prior to its sale to Kayak Interactive.

He holds a first degree and a PhD in Optoelectronics from Cambridge University.
